Irritated – and even more irritated by the fact that he was predictably irritated by Wilson’s obvious attempt at irritation – House tried to toss Wilson’s arm off and rise from the bed.
I just love that part :D

A big 'ut oh' and 'oops' to House's reaction to the belt. I actually thought Wilson was going to go through with that punishment and was pleasantly surprised when he didn't.
