yeah, house basically took one step forward and two back, here, by standing up for himself briefly, only to then forgive wilson and accept his behavior as understandable... and yeah, house probably is starting to see that he's in a bad situation, at least subconsciously, and wants help but doesn't want to ask for it -- but not at all on a conscious level :P
