Of course it's unusual for anyone to affect House to the degree Wilson does, which introduces a certain level of unpredictability. Still...Wilson should know that House has a bad relationship with his parents. Sane!Wilson would have remembered. Crazy!Wilson has so many issues. He's so creepy that I can't help but be interested in what he'll do next. I foresee House being subjected to Wilson's crazy wrath more than just once.
