Seeking a beta for Being Human fic :P

Hi, all :P

Don't worry, I'm not switching fandoms or anything :P hehe... but I'm working on a very, very, VERY late bday present for my dear friend tamakin , who adores BH.

Problem is, I need a beta. :P

I need someone preferably from the UK, or a similar area -- someone who's very familiar with the speech/accent from that area to help me with the dialogue to be sure it's authentic and accurate. The story will be dark, including lots of suffering, probably torture, extreme hurt/comfort.... so if these things are a problem for you, this story isn't for you :P But I just need someone who's pretty good with grammar, spelling, etc, and familiar with British speech/slang, etc.

Now this is a community that's for Doctor Who but it was created for American fans to ask questions and the people are pretty friendly there about helping. If they can't help you they might be able to direct you to a groupu for what you specifically need.

Well, I'm not British, lol, (Canada, baby!) but if you want someone just for grammar or ideas and the like, I can totally do that for you! I have done some research into British slang for my own fics but yeah, I'd say mainly for the grammar/spelling/wot. If you're interested. :)

Ok - apparently I should have been in bed a while ago. Missed which fandom you were talking about. Haven't seen the show (although it looks fascinating now that I'm skimming the wiki page!) but yeah, lol, I'll still take a look, if you need/want. :)

I'm English and have watched Being Human - okay with grammar but not infallible - good with spelling - no problem with hurt comfort.
